1) Half-Kneeling Lat Pulldowns — 4 x 12/arm
2) Preacher Curls — 4 x 12
3) Tricep Pushdowns — 4 x 15
4) Superset - 3 Rounds
A: Dual Dumbbell Row — 12 reps
B: Banded Crunches — 15–20 reps
5) Medicine Ball Slams — 3 x 15-20
