Focus your Drishti • Hone your awareness. 👁️
The Sanskrit word dṛṣṭi (दृष्टि) translates to “sight,” “vision,” “view,” “gaze,” or “the act of seeing.” It comes from the Sanskrit root dṛś (दृश्), meaning “to see” or “to perceive.”
Drishti is more than where the eyes land. It’s where attention settles, where breath meets intention, and where the mind remembers to return. The gaze shapes the practice. ✨
