Ok, we are back after our summer break. Another season of "Steak Feeds" are right around the corner in September. Our membership drive begins in September, so be sure to continue to follow for more information.

This year marks the Maple Leaf Rod and Gun Club's 75th Anniversary. We truly enjoy what we do, and we have 75 years of validation of your appreciation. So, let's keep it going for a couple more years. Spread the word, continue to share, continue to follow, and continue to participate.

THANK YOU to 75 years of members, 75 years of members willing to lead this club, 75 years of community support, and hopefully, more to follow.

We encourage our oldest members to come and tell their stories and share their memories of this club in its earliest days.

You all are invited to be apart of this tradition and heritage that can be passed on to future generations.

We are a great way to start a weekend. Continue to follow for dates and times. And again, THANK YOU, for 75 years of dedication, support, and friendship.

Reminder, our last Steak Feed of the season will be held this Saturday, April 11th. This is a week earlier than normally scheduled, and was moved due to the start of the PA Maple Festival and other competing interests. Anyway, don't miss out and find yourself waiting until September for another Steak Feed.

As normally conducted, the doors will open at 11 am. $15.00 per steak, per person. Price includes a wide variety of sides, deserts, snacks, and beverages. Meat and cheese boards will also be available for chance.

The Maple Leaf Rod and Gun Club is pleased to continue our annual tradition of providing trout for the Youth Fishing Day. We have obtained some beautiful trout and they will be stocked into Flaugherty Creek near the Paul E. Fuller Playground on Wednesday, March 25th. The Youth Fishing Day is Saturday, March 28th. Bring those kids out for a great time.

We just had an amazing Steak Feed this past Saturday. Thank you very much to everyone who came out. If you missed it, there is only one more Steak Feed for the season. Our next, and last Steak Feed of the season will be held on Saturday, April 11th. This is a week earlier than originally scheduled. The shift in weeks is due to many competing interests going on during the third Saturday in April (Pennsylvania Maple Festival and others). Don't miss out on this opportunity. We have recently upgraded our steaks from sirloin to New York Strips at no change in cost to you. Everyone has been very pleased with this change, so come out and get one. Saturday, April 11th, 2026. Doors will open at 11 am. Great sides, desserts, snacks, and beverages are included in the price of $15.00. We said it before, you can not find a better bargain anywhere. We hope to see you and have a great and safe month.

It is time for another Steak Feed. Be sure to come and see us on Saturday, March 21st, 2026 for the best value on the mountain. $15.00 per steak, with many sides, desserts, and beverages included. How is your New Year starting off? We are about to kick off our first steak feed of the New Year, this coming Saturday, January 17th. Doors open at 11 am. As always, the purchase of a steak for $15.00 buys you many choices of sides, desserts, snacks, and beverages. We will also be running our meat and cheese platters for raffle. Come on out for a great time in the New Year. The current weather forecast has a slight chance of light snow. We will have the fireplace going. Please be safe in your travels.
