Our Halloween Sprinkle Embroidery Cake Class is coming to Sweet Assembly Studio this October! Youโ€™ll decorate a pre-filled, pre-iced 7โ€ chocolate cake with sprinkle embroidery, piping, pearls and all the finishing details.

I told you to wait until you saw how we got this 5-FOOT cake into the venueโ€ฆ and then we forgot to film the most stressful part. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ

We got it there safely, learned a few things along the way, and I already know exactly what Iโ€™d do differently next time.

Would I make another 5-foot cake? Ask me again later. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Decorating a 5-foot cake was one thingโ€ฆ figuring out how to safely get it OUT of the studio was another.

Thereโ€™s not exactly a cake box made for this situation, so we had to get a little creative.

And if you think this part looks stressfulโ€ฆ just wait until you see how we got it into the venue.

We have a few spots left in our Heart Cake Decorating 101 class, where youโ€™ll learn to fill, frost and pipe your own monochromatic heart cake from start to finish.

And our new Game Day Cake Class is officially open! Choose your team โ€” LSU, Saints or Tulane ๐Ÿˆ

Both classes are beginner friendly, BYOB, and include everything you need to decorate your cake and take it home.
