Yesterday, we moved with purpose. 🇺🇸

Our 9/11 Hero WOD wasn’t about the time on the clock or the weight on the bar — it was about remembering and honoring the heroes and innocent lives lost on September 11, 2001.

We pushed when it got hard. We stayed together. And we remembered the courage, sacrifice, and strength shown on a day our country will never forget.

Grateful for this community and the opportunity to honor them the best way we know how — together. ❤️🤍💙
