ATF confirms a “major incident” occurred, but denies any registration system breach, including NFA eForms.

“Upon discovery of the incident, ATF immediately terminated connections to the affected environment and initiated incident‑response and forensic activities.”

ATF amassed more than a billion records on gun owners in violation of 18 U.S.C. 926(a) & now ATF's registry may have been compromised by Russian hackers. ATF currently collects NFA gun owner:

❌Names
❌Addresses
❌Social Security numbers
❌Fingerprints
❌Photographs
❌Gun Serial Numbers

This is unconstitutional & needs to stop!

This is why GOA is calling on President Trump to delete ATF's illegal digital gun registry. We are also calling on Congress to pass the No REGISTRY Rights Act by Representative Michael Cloud and Senator Jim Risch to certify the registry's complete destruction.

🚨 THE COURT HAS RULED 🚨

A federal court has ruled that NFA registration requirements cannot be enforced against the covered plaintiffs, members and customers for covered, untaxed items.

Here in Arizona, eligible suppressor transfers conducted under the court order still require the customer to complete a Form 4473 and pass a federal background check.

We are following a federal court order. Our customers are following the law.

That does not make us—or any other law-abiding suppressor owners—thieves or murderers.

Political leaders may disagree with the ruling, but demonizing lawful gun owners is unacceptable. Suppressor owners are veterans, hunters, instructors, business owners and responsible Americans exercising their constitutional rights.

Guns 2 Ammo will continue supporting lawful suppressor ownership while carefully documenting transfers and monitoring any further legal developments.
