We are so honored to have Professor Lin Barry here at our school. Lin has been around for many years, teaching and enjoying the martial arts. She is an amazing kids' class instructor and Women's self-defense instructor who teaches with care and discipline. We cannot thank her enough for all she does here at On The Rock Martial Arts.

Great open house yesterday! Thank you to all who came and checked out the new dojo. Thanks to our families and student who came and trained and hung out. Also thank you to our dojo administrator for the charcuterie board, snacks and all the set up. Looking forward to many years of training and fun.
