Gentle Tai Chi was developed for Parkinson’s patients and is applicable to anyone that has balance issues.
It incorporates breathing with gentle movement to promote relaxation, improve circulation, strengthen core muscles, and build muscle stamina.

This week at Kaleidoscope our Wednesday ballroom classes are Rumba and Foxtrot. Thursday evening we have our monthly Sound Meditation with Jennifer. We have all of our regularly scheduled classes including Tai Chi, Line Dance, Folk Dance, Kids Dance and Summer Ballroom!

This week at Kaleidoscope!
This week at Kaleidoscope our Wednesday ballroom classes are Rumba and Foxtrot. We have our Thursday Summer ballroom social from 3-5p and we have our monthly Ballroom Lesson and Social Saturday evening, which will focus on Swing. We have the annual Summer Swing Fest all day Saturday and Sunday which features a variety of swing workshops. We have all of our other regularly scheduled classes as well.

This week we say goodbye to July and welcome in August! Our Wednesday ballroom classes are Foxtrot and Swing, and Thursday afternoon we have our Summer Ballroom social dance. We have all of our regularly scheduled classes including kids dance, 1-Wall Line Dance, Tai Chi, Folk Dance, and Capoeira.

Happy 4th of July from Tai Chi Trudy and Kaleidoscope!
Welcome to July! 🇺🇸🎉 We will be closing early on Saturday for the 4th of July. Our Wednesday ballroom and Friday Folk dance classes are cancelled this week and will resume next week. We have all of our other regularly scheduled classes. Sunday the annual SWINGdepenDANCE event will be holding workshops here at Kaleidoscope.
