As we head into our first game of the season I have been asked to share some reminders.

✔️Clear bag policy is in effect. Only clear bags will be allowed into the stadium.

✔️ Only sealed water bottles are allowed in, NO stanleys, hydros etc will be permitted.

✔️ Tickets need to be purchased through gofan.co

✔️ NO students or families will be allowed on the field after games. Your player will meet you on the otherside of the gate after the game and team chat.

Mustang Must Knows for 8/24 to 8/28

💧It's going to be a hot one! Make sure your player has water with them. They should be drinking all day!

🕕 Thursday the 27th we could use some extra hands around 545pm at concessions. We need to stock both sides and get it ready for Friday. Any willing and able bodies please join us.

🍲 If you have signed up to bring items for the Varsity team meal on Frida, please meet us at the cafeteria at 315pm.

🍿 More volunteers are needed to run concessions for the first home game on Friday. It's a great time and goes quickly. Please sign up below. If you work you get in for free.

Mustang Must Knows for August 17th-21st

Monday the 17th-
🐎 Fall Parent Sports Meeting in the Auditorium at 6pm.
🐎 Discount cards and money are also due. Please bring all unsold cards and money with you, we will be collecting after practice / before the meeting. Meet boosters at the auditorium and we will collect it all.

Tuesday the 18th-
🐎 We will begin stocking and setting up concessions. Any help around 5pm would be great!

Wednesday the 19th-
🐎 Valley Vista Varsity Scrimmage at 6pm.
We will also be serving a Spaghetti Team Meal at 330pm in the cafeteria. We could use a parent or 2 to make/ get garlic bread or sticks for 55 players/coaches.We could use some help serving as well as cleaning up. Please let us know if you can help.

🐎 We will have concessions open. If anyone is available to help let us know.

🐎 We will be collecting water and gatorade each day after practice. Just bring it up to concessions and we will be there.

🐎 If you would like to order a lanyard with your players picture and a roster please sign up tomorrow at the meeting. They are $10 each cash or card, exact change please. We will have an example with us at the meeting.
