For some people, the idea of being physically active at 70 may seem impossible. But at Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Mesa, we believe age or athletic ability should never be a reason to stop learning, growing, and challenging yourself.
Our school is built around a safe, ego-free environment where students work together to perfect their techniques. Even during more intense sparring, you can rest assured that your training partner will take care of you and train with control and respect.

This month, our kids are learning that being a great Jiu-Jitsu student is about more than what you can do on the mat — it’s also about the kind of person you are off the mat.
Throughout August, our students can earn Citizenship Points by doing acts of citizenship, kindness, responsibility, respect, and service.
Earn enough points and you earn an invitation to GRACIE GAME DAY on September 12! 🎉
Game Day will be a special event where our kids can put their Jiu-Jitsu skills to the test, play games, earn rewards, and celebrate all the hard work they've put in, both on and off the mat.
