Hi, I am Coach Pam!
I am originally born and raised from New Mexico. I moved to Arizona in 2023, I have served in the United States Army National Guard for the state of Arizona for 2 years going on 3. I have been a competitive bikini bodybuilder for 8 years and have been apart of the fitness industry for 9 years. I am a certified nutritionist and certified personal trainer through ISSA. I was a competitive gymnastics growing up to level 5. I was a cheerleader in high school for 3 years then found a love for fitness. Outside of working at D1 I enjoy long hikes to new destinations, paddle boarding, cooking new meals and traveling to visit my mom in New Mexico!

Hi I’m Addison, I do everything front desk! I have worked at D1 East Mesa since November of 25’. In high school I played flag football and have coached for that same team since I graduated(JV Defensive Coordinator). Fun facts about me are that I am a big family person, and love (most) animals, I currently have 3dogs, 2cats, 2fish, and 1 hamster named Pepsi.

Hey guys, my name is Kyle Booker and I was born and raised in Boston, MA. I moved out here for college at ASU where I completed both my undergraduate and my masters. I have had the incredible opportunity to work in D1-A college football at Florida Atlantic University, Arizona State University, and the University of Nevada. During my time in college athletics I’ve had the chance to train with NFL players such as Lamar Jackson and AJ Brown as well as coached against Cam Ward and Caleb Williams. I the opportunity to develop young athletes and give them the opportunities to prep and play in college at the highest level. If you’re looking for someone who has been where you want to go and the chance to train like pro athletes do, I’m your guy.

Hi, I’m Carly!

I was born and raised here in Arizona. I’ve had a passion for athletics my entire life. I was a gymnast for over 16 years and competed in college as a vault specialist. I earned my Master’s degree in Kinesiology with a coaching emphasis in 2018. Over the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching athletes of all ages, including more than six years in collegiate strength and conditioning. I’m also a Certified Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer.

My greatest passion is making a positive impact on the lives of the athletes I coach and helping them discover their full potential. Outside of coaching, i enjoy watching football, working out, spending time with my family and friends & getting sunshine!
