💥 Coach Spotlight, Meet Coach Quinney (Head Coach) 💥

For more than 10 years, Coach Allen Quinney has dedicated his life to developing fastpitch softball athletes from 12U through 18U, helping players grow into confident competitors both on and off the field.

Before stepping into the softball world, Coach Quinney was a baseball player throughout the 1990s, primarily playing shortstop and third base. Those years built the foundation for the attention to detail, defensive excellence, and competitive mindset he teaches today.

As a father of four daughters, softball isn't just something he coaches—it's his family's way of life. His oldest three daughters have all earned the opportunity to play NCAA Division I softball, a testament to years of commitment, development, and belief in the process.

Together with his wife, Coach Quinney owns and operates a softball-only training facility in Mesa, where he and an incredible staff of experienced coaches provide private instruction in hitting, fielding, and catching while helping athletes reach their full potential.

Coach Quinney believes great players are built through accountability, consistency, and mastery of the fundamentals. His coaching style is positive but demanding—because he knows that growth happens when athletes are challenged, supported, and held to a high standard.

His mission goes far beyond wins and losses.

💥 Coach Spotlight, Meet Coach Nichole Fry 💥

Nichole Fry is a former Division I shortstop at Long Beach State University (2016–2019), where she was a two-time First-Team All-Big West selection and the 2019 Big West Defensive Player of the Year.

She finished her collegiate career as Long Beach State’s all-time leader in runs scored and ranks among the program’s top ten in doubles, triples, hits, home runs, and RBI.

A multiple-time Big West Player of the Week honoree, Nichole plans to use her high-level playing experience to guide players in all areas of the game. As an instructor at Quinney Softball, she is passionate about building players’ confidence and well-rounded skills, with a focus on hitting, fielding, approach, and the mental aspect of the game. Now she is excited to develop and lead players on the field as well!

💥 Coach Spotlight, Meet Coach Rylee Lord 💥

Coach Rylee began playing competitive club softball at the 10U level when she was nine years old and competed with the Firecrackers organization through high school.

She was a four-year varsity letterman at Basha High School, primarily playing first and second base. During her career, she earned First Team All-Region and All-State Honors for two seasons in recognition of her performance on the field.

In the summer of 2023, she graduated from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida, with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and minors in Biology and Mathematics. During her collegiate career, she played both the infield and outfield while contributing as a right-handed power hitter.
Following graduation, she helped coordinate East Coast Collegiate Skills Camps in Tampa, Florida, and Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Through these experiences, she discovered a passion for coaching and mentoring young athletes. She developed a strong desire to give back to the game and her community by sharing the knowledge, discipline, and experience she gained throughout her playing career, particularly at the NCAA Division II level for the Sunshine State Conference.
 
In the spring of 2024, she was named Head Coach of the Junior Varsity softball program at Basha High School. The following season, she joined the Varsity coaching staff, where she continued to coach while contributing to multiple Regional Championship teams.

In the fall of 2024, she joined the coaching staff for TN Mojo Ramsey-Holland 18U, serving with the organization until the team's conclusion following the summer of 2025.

As both a former collegiate athlete and coach, she is passionate about developing players not only as athletes but also as confident, disciplined young women. Coach Rylee mission is to create a positive, competitive environment where players can grow their skills, strengthen their mindset, and develop a lifelong love for the game
