The bond market? Global Central Banks are saying no.

The bank? You might as well burn it

Gold? It pays $0 returns until you sell it.

Listen, all of these institutions are riddled with fraud. China just showed the world they have better AI at 1/10th the cost, and “the magnificent 7” are all tech stocks that prop up their values by producing and buying through the same entities. The “faith and credit of the US govt” is crumbing fast. Fiat is quickly becoming Shi@t. Central banks are not buying US debt, they’re buying gold. The US must devalue the dollar, quietly and deniably, by 20-40% to bring back manufacturing and reduce the deficit thru inflation-induced debt destruction. They also have to print more money than ever to pay the servicing for $40T debt. Also… If all you own is paper, do you really own anything? I’d argue no.

Real estate is still my #1 for less risk and more reward, even with higher prices and rates.
