Kash officially stepped onto the mat, earned his place in the LivConfident family, and started writing his own story. 💥

Today it’s a white belt.

Day 1 of the first-ever TRADYOURFACEOFF is in the books. 🔥

No coasting. No playing it safe. Just good people, hard work, and a room full of martial artists hungry to get better.

Proud of our crew for stepping onto the mat with humility, intensity, and a willingness to be students again. When you have kids back home who look up to you, getting better means more than personal progress. It means having more to give to someone who’s counting on you.

That’s the heart of LivConfident. The work happens here, but the impact comes home to Meridian. 🖤💛

While our students are back home putting in the work, Mr. Britton Long and Mr. Crewe Long took the work all the way to Louisiana. ✈️🥋

They’re at TRAD YOUR FACE OFF with Senior Master Jude Grayson, training, learning, getting corrected, getting uncomfortable, and LEVELING UP.

Because at LivConfident, we don’t believe instructors or top level competitors ever “arrive.”

We train.

Composure when your heart is racing.
Courage when everyone is watching.
Respect when the match is over.
Confidence that only comes from stepping onto the floor and finding out what you’re made of.

That was the LivToServe Classic. 🥋🔥

A room full of competitors willing to be tested, families willing to cheer until they had nothing left, and a community that showed up in a big way.

The medals were awesome.

But the moments behind them were even better.

We say Live to Serve, but those words only matter if we’re willing to live them. Grateful for the opportunity to give a little time, do a little work, and hopefully make someone’s day a little easier.

The LivToServe Classic is HERE! Today, we get to watch all those extra repetitions, after-class practices, and “let me try that again” moments come together in the ring.

To every competitor: trust your training and give it everything you’ve got. There’s a whole crew behind you, and we’re ready to get LOUD! 💪

Parents and teammates, bring that energy! Cheer for your kid. Cheer for their opponent. And cheer especially loud for the student stepping into the ring for the very first time. That takes guts, and it deserves a crowd. 👏
