🤔 Why do we focus so much on volunteers when this is a softball league?
Simply put: BECAUSE WITHOUT VOLUNTEERS, MGS WOULD NOT EXIST.

Behind every practice, game, event, and season are volunteers giving their time to schedule, coach, complete paperwork, grocery shop, set up, cook, clean, chalk fields, organize events, take photos—and SO much more.

Menifee Girls Softball is a volunteer-run organization, and it takes an entire community working behind the scenes to give our players the experience they deserve.

So when you see us talking about our volunteers again and again, this is why.

They don’t just help MGS—they make MGS possible. 🥎

To every person who gives an hour, an evening, a Saturday, or an entire season: THANK YOU. We couldn’t do this without you.

OUR TEEN VOLUNTEERS MAKE AN IMPACT TOO! 🥎

Adults and parents aren’t the only ones helping make MGS happen! Our amazing 16 & over teen volunteers show up every weekend and give their time to help keep our league running. 🙌

Our snack bar is 100% volunteer-run, and keeping it properly staffed each hour does more than make sure our softball families are fed—it helps MGS raise funds that allow us to keep registration costs attainable for families in our community.

So when you see one of our teen volunteers behind the counter, give them a THANK YOU! ❤️ They’re giving up part of their weekend to support our players, our families, and our league.

Liz & Mia — thank you for coordinating our entire Opening Night and Opportunity Drawing and helping make the night such a success!

Valerie & Alexandra — thank you for all the planning, organizing, and behind-the-scenes work that helped make Picture Day run so smoothly!

25 years later, we still remember. 🇺🇸

On September 11, 2001, our nation experienced unimaginable loss—but also witnessed extraordinary courage, sacrifice, and unity. Today, we honor the lives that were taken too soon, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the families who have carried their loved ones’ memories for the past 25 years.

May we never forget the way our nation came together, supported one another, and stood united.

25 years later. We remember. We honor. We will never forget.
