Gabriel is 18 yo and has been training with me since he was 14. This kid has shown immense dedication and has worked very hard to put up these numbers.

You need the whole picture to understand where the weight is coming from, which is why measuring BODY COMPOSITION and not just weight is essential.

⭐️If you’re working out and gained 2 pounds, it could be from muscle, which is the weight you want to gain! Even if your goal is to lose body fat, having more muscle INCREASES YOUR METABOLISM, so you’ll burn more calories by doing so.

✅ Do yourself a favor and measure yourself on a scale that reads body composition, not just overall weight. 💪🏻
