Please keep the following dates marked on your calendars for modified hours in September.

In observance of Labor Day, we will be open under modified hours on Monday, September 7th.
Facility: 9am - 5pm
Child Watch: 9am - 12pm
Pool: 9am - 4pm

Due to the expected high traffic from the Southern Heritage Classic, we will close early on Saturday, September 12th.
Facility: 7am - 12pm
Child Watch: 8am - 12pm
Pool: 8am - 12pm

We will be open under modified hours for our Staff Training Day on Friday, September 18th.
Facility: 3pm - 8pm
Child Watch: 4pm - 8pm
Pool: 3pm - 7pm

We will be open under modified hours on Saturday, September 19th for our Family Day.
Facility: 7am - 12pm
Child Watch: 8am - 12pm

Meet Janeen!
Janeen has been part of the Kroc family since the Kroc first opened! She originally joined because she could bring her toddler, Caitlyn, to Child Watch while she worked out. Today, they both continue to use the Kroc as part of their fitness routines.
“I still enjoy the pool, aerial yoga, and now there is Pickleball. We all know I love Pickleball.”

Along the way, Janeen has made some great memories and even met one of her best friends through aerial yoga. For her, it’s the people, programs, and sense of community that make the Kroc a place she wants to keep coming back to.
“The friendliness of staff and the overall vibe of community has ensured that I will remain a member. I also appreciate how receptive Kroc staff is to feedback. They truly want to be better for the community.”

The Kroc has also helped Janeen stay accountable while making fitness something she genuinely looks forward to.
“I never see the workout as a chore. I am excited most everytime I come to workout.”

Her advice? Find what works for you!
“Because there are soooo many things that the Kroc offers, you can literally build the program that works for you and your schedule. That makes the Kroc the best exercise facility in Memphis.”

🌊 Make a splash with personalized, one-on-one instruction designed to help swimmers ages 3+ to build confidence in the water! Our certified instructors provide individualized lessons that focus on water safety, proper swimming techniques, and skill development in a fun, encouraging environment.
Program Details:

-Ages: 3+
-6 Private lessons
-30-45 minutes per session
-Flexible scheduling based on participant and instructor availability
-Member Price: $200
-Non-member Price: $250

All six lessons must be completed within one month of the first scheduled lesson.
Whether you're introducing your child to water, improving swimming ability, or building confidence, our private swim lessons provide the personalized attention needed to help every swimmer feel safe, comfortable, and successful in the water!
