Hope you guys had some time to celebrate. Maybe even got to run in your favorite spot around town.

Great work to everyone who ran with us at the Breakaway Training Group for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital this morning!

The group ran 7 and 14 miles. Great to see all of you!

Both Breakaway locations are open until 5pm today.

Thursday means it’s time to run!

The Tour de Midtown run is tonight at 6pm from Breakaway in Overton Square . We are running to our spring/summer route going through Overton Park Conservancy . Come out and run with us.

It is going to be hot out so. everyone be careful and stay hydrated. Bring water on the run if you need and there are a few water fountains within the park.

As always everyone is welcome and we will have some cold drinks waiting for you back at the store after.
