Fall may be around the corner, but the work doesn’t stop! It’s actually when it begins!💜🩷🤍🩵

K&B III Track Club Indoor Season officially begins September 28, 2026!
Indoor track is where champions are built. The fall and winter months are the perfect time to improve speed, strength, endurance, running mechanics, starts, confidence, and race strategy before the outdoor season begins. Athletes who train consistently year-round don’t have to spend outdoor season getting in shape—they’re already prepared to compete at a high level.
Competing during the indoor season also gives athletes valuable race experience, helps them set new personal records, and allows them to measure their progress before outdoor competition begins.

If you’re ready to grow, improve, and prepare for your best season yet, we can’t wait to see you on September 28th!

Registration link coming at the beginning of September. Stay tuned!

Congratulations to Hannah Nason on an outstanding week at the USATF Junior Olympics!

Hannah competed with heart every time she stepped on the track and came home with three huge personal bests:
🩷100m – 12.00
💜 200m – 24.53
🤍 400m – 56.72

She was the only athlete in her age group to advance to the finals in all three of her individual events, earning 7th in the 100m and 8th in the 400m to become a two-time Outdoor All-American.

The week didn’t end exactly how she hoped, but competing multiple days at the national level is mentally and physically demanding. Today at school, I simply reminded her to keep her head up and be proud of everything she accomplished. As an 8th grader, she’s continuing to learn, grow, and gain valuable experience.

We’re proud of you, Hannah. Enjoy the moment, recover, and get ready for what’s next. The journey continues! 💜🤍🩵

This week wasn’t just about medals or making finals—it was about growth. We watched our athletes compete against some of the best in the nation, set personal records, build confidence, gain valuable experience, and prove to themselves that they belong on the biggest stage. Every race, jump, and throw was another step forward, and we couldn’t be prouder of the effort each athlete gave.

A special congratulations goes to our senior, JaMyla Marner, for closing out her high school career in an amazing way. Your hard work, perseverance, and dedication have opened the next chapter as you take your talents to UT Chattanooga to walk on with the Lady Mocs Track & Field Team. We are beyond proud of you and can’t wait to see what the future holds.

We also want to sincerely thank everyone who played a role in helping make this opportunity possible by speaking with coaches, making connections, offering guidance, and believing in JaMyla throughout the recruiting process. Your support truly made a difference, and our family will always be grateful.

To our younger athletes and families, let JaMyla’s journey be a reminder that recruiting is not easy. The landscape has changed, and with track becoming more competitive every year, earning a scholarship or roster spot takes more than talent. It takes consistency, patience, academics, exposure, and being part of a strong high school program that continues to develop you. Stay focused, trust the process, and keep working on your craft. Don’t get discouraged if things don’t happen as quickly as you hoped. Keep showing up, keep improving, and let your work speak for itself.

Thank you to all of our athletes, parents, families, and supporters for another incredible summer season. K&B III will continue doing what we’ve always done—developing athletes, building confidence, and preparing young men and women for success on and off the track.

The work doesn’t stop here. We’ll see you during indoor season.

Another summer season is officially in the books… and we couldn’t think of a better way to end it than with one of our favorite K&B III traditions—the annual water balloon fight! 💜🩷🤍🩵

This season challenged us, pushed us, and rewarded us. We celebrated PRs, learned valuable lessons, built confidence, created lifelong memories, and watched our athletes grow both on and off the track. That’s what K&B III has always been about—developing athletes and helping them become better young men and women.

To our athletes, thank you for trusting the process, showing up, and giving your best every day. We are proud of each of you, whether your season ended today or you’re still chasing your goals.

To our parents, thank you for every early morning, late night, practice, meet, phone call, meal, and word of encouragement. Your support is a huge part of our success, and we truly appreciate each of you for believing in our vision.

For our athletes who qualified for the USATF Junior Olympics, our work isn’t finished yet. We have one more week to compete in California. Travel safely, compete with confidence, represent K&B III with pride, and leave it all on the track. Bring home some hardware! We are behind you every step of the way.

And just because summer is ending doesn’t mean we’re done. Indoor season is right around the corner, and we can’t wait to welcome back our returning athletes and meet the new faces joining the K&B III family. The work never stops, and neither do we.

Thank you all for another unforgettable summer. See you in California… then it’s time to get ready for indoor season.

Our athletes competed hard this past weekend, so this week has been all about slowing things down and giving their bodies what they need to recover. Recovery isn’t taking a day off—it’s part of the training process.

From compression therapy to mobility work and stretching at Prime Drive, we’re helping our athletes recover so they can come back stronger, faster, and ready for the next challenge. The work you put in only matters if your body has time to repair, rebuild, and perform at its best.

What a weekend for K&B III Track Club.

We are incredibly proud of every athlete who stepped on the track and into the field this weekend. We saw countless personal bests, athletes step outside their comfort zones, and so many moments of growth. Every race, jump, and throw was another opportunity to learn, compete, and get better.

We’re excited to announce that 17 K&B III athletes qualified for the 2026 USATF Junior Olympics in 9 events.
Thank you to all of our parents, families, and supporters who cheered us on all weekend. Your support means everything to our athletes and coaches.

Now it’s time to get back to work. California, we’re coming.🩵🤍🩷💜💕

🤍🩷💜🩵Recovery is just as important as the work!!!!

Yesterday at Prime Drive, we focused on recovery with ice baths and leg compressions to get our bodies ready for one of the biggest weekends of the season.

The 2026 USATF Region 6 Championships are finally here! Multi-events kicked things off Thursday and Friday, and now it’s time for our runners and field event athletes to compete Saturday and Sunday with one goal in mind… earning a spot at the USATF Junior Olympic Championships.

One thing that makes this weekend even more special is that we don’t have to travel. We’re thankful to be competing close to home, which gives our athletes the opportunity to recover, prepare, and compete at their best without the added stress of being on the road.

The work has been done. The preparation is complete. Now it’s time to trust the process, compete with confidence, and leave everything on the track and in the field.

Let’s go make every opportunity count! 💜🩷🤍🩵
