Three incredible days, so many great memories, and a group that brought amazing energy from start to finish.
Thank you to every player for showing up with great attitudes, a willingness to learn, and leaving it all on the field.
This one was special. We loved every minute of it.

Training is only part of the equation.
What you do after practice often determines how prepared you'll be for the next one.
Especially during the summer months, recovery isn't optional—it's part of becoming a better athlete.
💧 Rehydrate.
Your recovery starts with replacing the fluids you lost during training.
Don't wait until you're thirsty—drink water consistently throughout the day.
🍎 Refuel.
Eat a balanced meal or snack within an hour after training.
Protein helps repair muscles. Carbohydrates help restore energy.
😴 Prioritize sleep.
The best recovery tool is also the simplest.
Aim for a full night's sleep so your body can recover and be ready for the next session.
🧘 Keep moving.
A light walk, gentle stretching, or mobility work can help reduce soreness and keep your body feeling fresh.
☀️ Be ready to do it again tomorrow.
The players who improve the most don't just train hard.
They recover well, too.
Take care of your body. It'll take care of you.

Day 1 ✅⚽
An early start, plenty of energy, and a great way to kick off Summer Camp #2.
The players showed up ready to work. Despite the summer heat, the group brought a great attitude from start to finish, making for an awesome first day on the field.
A quick reminder to all of our players and families: during these hot summer months, hydration and proper nutrition are part of your training. Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water before and after camp and fueling your body with a good meal or snack, so you’re ready to perform each day.
We’re grateful for an incredible first day and excited to do it all again tomorrow. Let’s keep working.🔥

Talent gets you in the room. What you do this summer decides how far you go. ⚽
Three mornings. Real coaching.
The kind of work that separates the players who show up from the players who take off.

Overfilled by gratitude.
Today we trained for a bigger reason than ourselves, and that is exactly what makes this game so beautiful.
We started the clinic by asking the kids if they knew why we were all there. Every single one of them knew. You could see it in their eyes, in their body language; they knew, in some way, the struggle the Venezuelan people are going through.
In that initial conversation, though, we talked about gratitude. We talked about hugging your loved ones a little extra this weekend. We talked about being aware of everything within our reach because all of us walk around feeling indestructible when, in truth, we are fragile and our time on this Earth is minimal. But that is exactly why we push forward. That is why we endure, filled with bliss and gratitude for the simple fact that we are here today.
I think that is the best way to honor all of those who are not with us today.
To all families who came. To all of those who paid for the clinic, knowing you were not going to come but just wanted to donate. To all the families that donated on their own. To every single individual who reached out, sent a text ,or called...it means the world.
I’m grateful, and even though it doesn’t cure this feeling, it gives us the strength to keep pushing and keep going.
With love,
MAGIS
