Our last ad in the Flyer. I discovered that a lot of people loved our ads, but almost all of them had never been to the store. As an experiment, I made this ad with a coupon that was good for a free "Friends Don't Let Friends Skateboard Drunk" sticker. Several people called and asked me to mail it to them (which I didn't), but no one actually brought a coupon in. That's when I decided that these ads were a waste of money.

For all of you youngsters who have ever been to Cheapskates and wondered what this was, this is a washboard. People used them to wash their clothes. Some people actually used these to make music. One such band was Black Oak Arkansas. BOA was not only a small town in Arkansas, but was also a Southern rock band that was HUGE in the early 1970's.
