🚨 IMPORTANT EVENT ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

To all participants, coaches, parents, and spectators attending the 2026 Bluff City Buckdown Dance Competition:

The safety and security of our youth, guests, and staff remain our top priority. To ensure a safe, family-friendly environment for everyone, the following policies will be STRICTLY ENFORCED throughout the event:

🚔 Armed Security will be present on-site.

❌ No weapons of any kind permitted on the property.
❌ No outside food or drinks.
❌ No alcohol beverages.
❌ No smoking, va**ng, or e-cigarettes.
❌ No disruptive, disorderly, or inappropriate behavior.

All bags and personal belongings are subject to inspection upon entry. Anyone found in violation of event policies may be denied entry, removed from the premises, and/or subject to further action if necessary.

Please remember that this is a YOUTH event. We ask all attendees to help us create a positive, respectful, and enjoyable atmosphere for our dancers and families.

We appreciate your cooperation and support as we work together to provide a safe and memorable experience for everyone involved.

🚨 IMPORTANT EVENT NOTICE 🚨

To all participants, spectators, coaches, and supporters attending the 2026 Bluff City Buckdown Dance Competition:

For the safety and security of all guests, a CLEAR BAG POLICY will be STRICTLY ENFORCED throughout the event.

✅ APPROVED BAGS:
• Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote bags (12" x 6" x 12" or smaller)
• One-gallon clear plastic storage bags
• Small clutch purses no larger than 4.5" x 6.5"

❌ NOT PERMITTED:
• Backpacks
• Large purses
• Duffel bags
• F***y packs
• Camera bags
• Mesh bags
• Any non-clear bag that does not meet the approved size requirements

⚠️ ALL BAGS ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION.

Guests arriving with non-approved bags will be required to return them to their vehicle before entering the venue. No exceptions will be made.

- PARADE (Combined): Bring the streets alive with your parade performance!
- FIELDSHOW (K-6 & 7-12): Experience the thrill of halftime!
- POMS (Combined): Show off your stunts and formations!
- Special Guest Performance: A platform for showcasing any genre!

🏆 Prizes: Trophies for 1st-4th place, plus a Grand Champion Trophy and a $ cash prize for the team that competes in all categories & conquers!

- Music must be submitted on a jump drive; no CDs or phones as the primary source.
- Professional Conduct is expected from all attendees. Judges’ scores are final!
