Speaking confidence opens doors you never intended to walk through, until you could.
I am beyond grateful to spend the last 9 months witnessing Michael Pope for Shelby County Sheriff develop the confidence and courage to tackle big issues in Shelby County.
Every client I’ve coached over the past 20 years has marched forward to do something else, oftentimes bigger, and more impactful than what they originally planned when they started coaching. Michael Pope is no different.

I always thought my humor and nervous laugh was low confidence and nervous energy.
Now I see it as an asset to my ability to enhance connections and break the ice for people who are stressed, high-strung, and worried about outcomes.
