Meal prepping is one of the easiest and simple ways to standardize your food choices. It only takes a couple hours or less if you get really good at it. And you take out chances for you to make mistakes in your diet throughout the week.
Many people will say they don't have time to meal prep ... while doom scrolling. We all seemingly make time for the things we want to do.
