You can learn a lot from practice and game play, but there’s something different about watching the game. 🏐👀

Watch the player who plays your position. Pay attention to their movement, footwork, positioning, decision-making, communication, and the speed at which they play. Notice what they do before the ball ever gets to them.

The more volleyball you watch, the more you begin to see the game differently—and the better your volleyball IQ becomes.
