It happens to all of us.
Your body changes. Your goals change. Your recovery changes. And eventually, the way you train needs to change, too.
At Hinge, we have members in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and 60s+, and there’s no one way to train at any age. What works for you now might look different from what worked for you 10 or 20 years ago.
That doesn’t mean you stop pushing yourself or stop getting stronger. It means you learn how to train for the body, goals, and life you have now.
That’s what good coaching is about: meeting you where you are, helping you understand what you need, and adjusting as you grow.
Getting older is inevitable. Getting weaker doesn’t have to be.
