Every coach has said at least 3 of these. 😂

Everyone wants the secret formula to dominate the diamond. E-Dog is hiding his in his bedroom. 🛌🤫

Meet 8-year-old Ethan "E-Dog" Powell of the Central Kentucky Thoroughbats, your USSSA Player of the Week! ⚾️🔥

From tucking his heavy bat in at night, to erasing runners at third base as "Mr. Splits", Ethan’s 3-step recipe is pure heart and hustle. But his biggest flex? His multi-million dollar masterplan to fund animal rescues when he makes it to the big leagues.

Drop some love for E-Dog in the comments! 👇

Exit velocity gets tracked. The reset after a bad at-bat doesn't. ⚾︎

Scouts remember both, but only one shows up on the spreadsheet.

That's exactly why USSSA showcases follow players across a full season, not just one measured moment, the number tells part of the story, the response after a strikeout tells the rest.

What are you actually training for? Tag a player who needs to hear this.

Next opponent: Yourself. 👁️⚡

The kid who fell in love with the game is still in there. Every extra rep, every early morning, and every tough game is just you proving to that younger version of yourself that the dream was worth chasing.

Your biggest competitor isn't in the other dugout. It’s the player in the mirror.

Drop a 🧠 if you're outworking your yesterday self.

Let’s be real: winning feels good. But it’s not the only thing that makes travel ball worth it. ⚾️

In this game, success shows up in the extra rounds of BP nobody sees, the lessons that outlast every scoreboard, and the version of your kid who shows up better than he did last season.
Winning is one slice. It was never the whole pie.

Three outs. The throw was perfect. The run scored anyway.

Most people in the dugout don't know the difference between a force play and a time play. But that difference is what determines whether a run counts when the third out is made at a base. The force is removed the moment the batter-runner is retired. After that, the only thing that matters is whether the runner crossed home plate before the out was recorded.

The umpire isn't making a controversial call. He's reading a rule most coaches have never seen.

Has a time play ever decided a game for your team? Drop it below.

The teams lifting the trophy on Sunday aren't always the most talented, they’re the ones who execute when they're tired, down two runs, and everything hurts. 😤

What's the one thing that separates championship teams in your area?

We've been watching all week, and we saved everything.

A firefighter in the making. A pitch that got banned. A perfect
game the jury still questioned. A comeback nobody saw coming.

week's recap? 👇

The crowded rooms are easy. Separating yourself from the pack takes a completely different level of discipline. 🔋🔥

Everyone wants the results, but very few choose the door on the right when nobody is watching. The summer grind isn't about doing what's comfortable, it's about locking in while everyone else is scrolling, complaining, or making excuses!

The work you put in today determines how you show up on game day.

Which door are you walking through today? Drop below!
