Celebrating September's Employee of the Month at Barron O'Fallon: Ms. Sam! 💙 Sam joined the Barron team in early 2026 with nearly two years of experience as a lead teacher at Bridge Kidz Academy, and she brings that same positive energy to every class. She loves celebrating every milestone, big or small, and making learning feel like fun! 🎉 Outside of work, she loves planning parties, a good breakfast out, and spoiling her Great Dane, Luka 🐾. A California native and eight-year cheerleader, her favorite treats are anything sour, and she's completely obsessed with Dr Pepper!

Celebrating September's Employee of the Month at Barron South County: Ms. Kendall! 💙 With 9 years of swimming under her belt and experience teaching at a junior pirate cheer camp, Kendall knows exactly how to build confidence in the water while keeping things fun and low-pressure! 🏊 Outside of work, she loves baking desserts for friends and family, hiking, and spending time outdoors. She's also a huge animal lover with 10 birds and 3 dogs at home 🐾! Her favorite candies are Sour Patch Kids and Sour Strips.

Celebrating September's Employee of the Month at Barron South County: Ms. Ruby!

Ruby is the friendly face you'll see at our front desk, greeting families and making sure every visit starts off smoothly. An Oakville Golden Girl who has danced competitively for 12 years, she brings that same dedication and joy into everything she does. She loves creating a welcoming, comfortable experience for every family who walks through our doors!

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her dog Dugan and anything in the color pink. Her favorite candy is watermelon sour patch kids and Twix bars!

Celebrating September's Employee of the Month at Barron Ballwin: Ms. Melissa! 💙 With years of experience across retail, childcare, and even podcast production, Melissa knows how to bring energy and heart to everything she does. She loves watching kids learn to swim, knowing it's a skill that could one day save their life! 🏊 Outside of work, she loves cross stitching, cozy nights on the couch with her family, and cuddling her four rescue dogs 🐾. Her favorite candy is anything caramel!
