Our Ugly Sweater 5K & 1-Mile Fun Walk is BACK! 🏃‍♂️🎄

We’re so excited to be hosting our Ugly Sweater 5K & 1-Mile Fun Walk again this year! 🎅🏼

We’re currently looking for local businesses and community sponsors who would love to be part of this fun event and help us make it even bigger and better!

Sunday evening run with the ladies 🏃‍♀️💜

I literally just got back into town at 6:20 tonight after a LONG weekend, and by 7:00 I was out running with these ladies. And honestly I needed it!

I’m especially proud of Kallie tonight for finishing her FIRST 10K!! 🔥

She absolutely crushed it!!!

I look forward to our Sunday evening runs every single week. Always a good time, always good conversation.

Great job tonight, Hays & Kallie!! 💜💜🏃‍♀️

It’s so much more than a kids workout.

Our Kids Strength & Agility classes are designed to help kids become stronger, faster, more coordinated, confident, and athletic while still having FUN!

What makes our program different is that I genuinely care about every child who walks through our doors. I want to know their goals, celebrate their progress, encourage them when something is hard, and help them build confidence along the way.

And the results speak for themselves. We have proven results from the kids who have been putting in the work getting stronger, faster, more coordinated, and more confident. I absolutely LOVE getting a call or message from a parent telling me, “I can see such a difference!” 🥹

Those moments mean so much to me because that’s exactly why we do this.

I love coaching these kids just as much as I love coaching the women in our gym. Watching someone grow, gain confidence, get stronger, and realize what they’re capable of is one of the best parts of being a coach.

MONDAY IS ON FIRE! 🔥

Ashleigh Lambert Margala is putting in the work as she prepares for HYROX Nashville 2026 this December!

Today’s 3.5 mile run was another step toward that finish line, and I already know she’s going to CRUSH it! 👏🔥

Ashleigh has been consistently showing up for personal training and classes each week, averaging 6–7 workouts a week and that kind of dedication is NOT easy. But she is determined, and she keeps showing up.

There will be 6 of us from Haley Holland Fitness taking on HYROX Nashville with partners, and I cannot wait to watch my ladies put all their hard work to the test!

We’re GROWING! 💜

Because we’ve been growing tremendously, we’re adding another class to the schedule to help accommodate more of our amazing ladies!

NEW CLASS — TUESDAYS AT 6 PM
with Coach Jaycie!

Jaycie has been training with me for a while now, she also coaches personal training sessions, and she absolutely LOVES coaching the ladies.

CURRENT MEMBERS CAN ADD THIS CLASS TO THEIR MEMBERSHIP! 🙌🏼

We want to continue creating more opportunities for women to get stronger, feel confident, and reach their goals while still keeping that supportive, close knit environment that makes our gym so special.
