Now that the kids are back in school and the routines are settling in, it’s time to focus on YOU!

Join us for our morning fitness program at BAC! Our fall session begins September 8, so enjoy the holiday weekend and then get ready to move, dance, sweat, and feel your best with our variety of fitness classes designed for all fitness levels.

Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve endurance, increase flexibility, or simply make time for yourself, we’ve got something for you!

Can’t make morning classes? We’d love your feedback! We’re considering adding evening fitness classes and would like to know:
• What days work best for you?
• What times would you attend?
• What types of classes would you like to see?

Don’t miss our final summer camp of the season happening August 10th–14th! It’s the perfect way to end summer before school starts.

🛣️ On the road to the AAU Junior Olympics! Our first group made a few stops along the way, stopping at Indiana Dunes state park, and the world’s largest truck stop.

🤸🏅 First up to compete today is our Boys 4x4! Wish them luck and they compete today!

🤩 Follow along this week as we wish all of our BAC gymnasts good luck! They have all worked so hard this season and we are beyond proud of all of their accomplishments!
