THIS Fabulous Cutie Patootie will be covering for my Zumba class tomorrow night, TUESDAY 9/22. Do yourself a favor Go and Dance with Emely at the Mechanicville Area Community Services Center, Inc. at 6:30PM. A Good time and a Great Workout is Guaranteed! You will be able to pay cash or Venmo her when you get there. I'll see you all next week but please go and keep up the momentum and routine of going to class!

Haha this GIF! Anywho, The toes are healing up and I’ll be good to teach class NEXT Tuesday 9/8. Im hoping to bring at least 1 new song for yas but I bet they will ALL will feel lik new songs this 1st class back after a few weeks off 😆.

No Zumba class tomorrow 8\ 25 and probably not Tuesday September 1, either. I broke a toe that I can’t afford to ignore and dance on it because I previously broke the same toe a few years back. So I will be back after Labor Day guys. Thank you for your patience!
