Daily Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer employee questions with support from the CEO and Directors
- Process incoming mail and HR-related correspondence
- Create and distribute documents
- Provide customer service and support to organization employees
- Serve as a point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators
- Maintain employee records by entering and updating data
- Compile reports and prepare spreadsheets
- Track and maintain Praesidium training records
- Monitor and maintain 5-year clearance tracking

Our Youth Outdoor Soccer program is already underway, but with 5 weeks remaining, there’s plenty of time to get your child involved! Players will build their soccer skills, learn new techniques, and have fun on the field each week. Missed the first week? No problem! Join us for an afternoon of fall fun at the Y! Bring the whole family for an afternoon of pumpkin carving, games, crafts, a scavenger hunt, and plenty of autumn fun.

Each registration includes a pumpkin from Heagy's Orchard to carve, face painting, plus access to a variety of family-friendly activities throughout the event. Families can work together to complete a Fall Family Passport, featuring fun games, challenges, and a scavenger hunt as you explore everything Pumpkin Palooza has to offer! Please only register individuals who will be carving their own pumpkin. Gather your family, get creative, and join us for a fun-filled fall adventure at the Y! 🎃🍁
