Meet Penelope

Oh my goodness. Just when you think you have seen them all along comes Penelope.
Penelope is a gorgeous bay Saddlebred cross mare. She is approximately 15 years old and stands 16HH. Did you see the long legs on this Burnette beauty? WOW! This mare is definitely comfortable in her own skin and stands so very proud and alert. Penelope is broke to ride and would be suitable for an advanced beginner and above rider. She showed no bad habits during evaluation, but she is a big mover. Definitely floats on air. Penelope does move out sound all the way around and has good legs. She will be in need of a pedicure. Penelope does show where she has previously worn shoes, but she isn't wearing them now. This lady is easy to catch and handle, stands tied, loads and unloads well and is good with her feet. Penelope also stands for her rider to get on and off. If you are looking for a horse that you can be proud of and have a lot of fun at the same time, you just found her.

Saddlebreds or Saddlebred crosses are so much fun! They are full of personality and love their people very much. If you have never had one in your family, you have been completely missing out. This is an incredible chance to have one to have one and find out what joy they bring!

Now here is one that definitely will stand out in a crowd!
Charlie is a red roan Tennessee Walker Cross gelding. He is approximately 17 years old and stands 15.2HH. Charlie is broke to ride and would be suitable for an intermediate and above rider. He showed no bad habits during evaluation today, but he does have a big motor and knows how to use it when asked. Charlie does move out well all the way around and has good legs and hooves. This tall red head can definitely travel the gravel. Charlie is said to have been trail ridden all over Texas and to cross water and ditches without hesitation. He is easy to catch and handle, stands tied, loads and unloads well and is good with his feet. Charlie has seen some miles and about every terrain possible and now he is looking for his new best friend and trail partner. Are you who Charlie is dreaming of? Please consider giving Charlie a new forever home. He has lots of life ahead of him and is just wanting someone to share it with.

Mister is a handsome sorrel Quarter horse gelding. He is approximately 16 years old and stands 15HH. Mister is broke to ride and would be suitable for an intermediate and above rider. Someone somewhere has NOT been nice to him. Mister is wearing sores on both sides of his mouth to prove it. Whomever it was should be ashamed of themselves! There is no point in this but let's redirect our anger and help this sweet fella find a new forever home that will take the time to be cared for properly and where he can learn to trust again. Mister is in need of some dental work. This will be an easy fix and quick trip to the vet. Mister is easy to catch and handle, stands tied, loads and unloads well and is good with his feet. He really is a good boy and really wants to be loved on. What has happened to him is definitely not his fault. Please consider giving Mister a soft landing. Once you bond with him, he will love you forever.

Meet Kendall

Kendall is a breathtakingly gorgeous bay Quarter horse mare. She was not allowing them to look in her mouth, but she does appear to be under 10 years old. Kendall does stand 14.1HH. Kendall has been in the same home her entire life and she is a bit confused about where she is and how she got there. It was said that she is out of registered stock, but her papers did not come with her. With her build and that strong hip and shoulder she looks foundation bred to me. Kendall does appear to be heavy bred. If she is we do not know who she is bred to. Kendall needs off the lot ASAP. It is no place for a bred mare that is stressed and especially no place for a foal to be born. Kendall does move out well all the way around and she has good legs. Her feet are in pretty good shape too. Please consider giving Kendall a soft landing where she can raise her little one. With the moves on her she would make an incredible project horse to start once her foal is weaned. Kendall needs a hero and needs one quick.
