Sometimes you have to reintroduce yourself… and reintroduce the vision.

When I founded Diamonds on the Green in 2018, my goal was simple: create a welcoming space where women could learn, play, and enjoy the game of golf without feeling intimidated or judged.

What I didn't know then was just how much that one idea would grow.

Over the years, the vision has evolved beyond simply introducing people to golf. Today, it's about golf, friendships, mentorship, youth, fashion, community, opportunity, leadership, and creating a legacy that reaches far beyond the course.

As Founder & CEO, I've also evolved. I've learned that growth isn't always about getting bigger. Sometimes growth means becoming more intentional, more focused, and more protective of the vision.

My focus today is quality over quantity, creating meaningful experiences, developing knowledgeable golfers, strengthening our communities, empowering the next generation, and building something that will continue long after the final putt drops.

That's why I say:

I'm building more than organizations.
I'm building LEGACIES.
