Have trouble making it to evening classes? No problem! We've got early morning Gi classes at 3 Embers Grappling Academy every Tuesday and Thursday from 6am - 7am.

You can try any 3 classes for free! See you on the mats!

Kaihlani is the kind of teammate every academy hopes for. She shows up to every class with a bright smile, a positive attitude, and is always ready to work hard while encouraging and helping those around her. Her kindness, determination, and willingness to support her teammates make her a wonderful example both on and off the mats.

We're also incredibly proud of Kaihlani for recently stepping onto the competition mats at Jiu Jitsu World League. Competing takes courage, confidence, and dedication, and she represented 3 Embers Grappling Academy with heart. 💙👏
