FIT4MOM is the country's largest pre and post-natal fitness program. We have classes in McKinney, Allen, and Frisco.
Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. It's a great way to get in shape, meet other moms, and have fun with your baby all at the same time. Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking/jogging, strength, toning, & fun for kids. The classes are set up for all different fitness levels and are taught by certified instructors who are
