The Low Sweep Double finish 🀼 Step up, pivot the knee, and collapse him straight to the mat.

β–ͺ️ Start almost on a single leg β€” look behind his knee
β–ͺ️ Step up, knee pivots β€” your EAR attacks behind the knee
β–ͺ️ Hand on the knee collapses down to your heel, twist + pull
β–ͺ️ Don't bend at the waist β€” drop your butt, drive your ear across
β–ͺ️ Pressure legs with your shoulder, hand, AND ear β€” take the two

Footwork is everything. Train at The Compound πŸ‘Š

The Schultz Lace 🀼 A loose-lock leg lace off the high crotch β€” named for the great Dave Schultz. Tip him to his back and rack up points.

β–ͺ️ Shoot the high crotch β€” inside hand wipes across (half at the sock)
β–ͺ️ Elevate the foot, drive to the hip, pull the ankle up like a figure-four
β–ͺ️ Jump BOTH knees into the "box" you made with his legs
β–ͺ️ Elbow on the knee (trapped), palm up on the sock β€” arm NOT deep
β–ͺ️ Head down, butt up, circle under the straight leg to tip him over

Common mistake: don't dive your head and roll β€” cut across, close shoulder, head up, knees to the box. Train at The Compound πŸ‘Š

Wrist Roll off the collar tie 🀼 Clear it, misdirect, and hit the backside.

β–ͺ️ Collar tie β€” shrug your shoulders, thumb comes over the top
β–ͺ️ Catch the wrist with your thumb, pressure in, and wrist-roll it down
β–ͺ️ Step + tap, then shift back to the OPPOSITE side β€” misdirection
β–ͺ️ Make him feel your lean and head position (high-level guys feel it)
β–ͺ️ He clears? You're already gone: drag, hop to a low single, or backside attack

Keep your options open and stay a step ahead. Train at The Compound πŸ‘Š

Pressure Release β€” the concept 🀼 Pressure with your HEAD, not your hands. Bait the lean, then release into your attack.

β–ͺ️ Create pressure with your HEAD in the pocket β€” between his ear & shoulder blade
β–ͺ️ Don't pressure with your hands (he'll chop or post them)
β–ͺ️ Your hands can be in ANY tie β€” the head does the work
β–ͺ️ Get in, make him lean/pressure back into you, foot under your chest
β–ͺ️ Release = your head drops off his shoulder β€” matched to your attack window

You're not changing your attacks β€” you're just adding the head. Train at The Compound πŸ‘Š

Pressure Release β€” Release Focus 🀼 The whole thing lives or dies on ONE thing: a quick release.

β–ͺ️ Against a good stance, getting to a leg is tough β€” the release has to be QUICK
β–ͺ️ Get a good lean and cover some distance
β–ͺ️ Upper body releases as the lower body comes in β€” one release, ONE action
β–ͺ️ Give him the sense of falling, then right as you step: snap the elbows back quick
β–ͺ️ Don't lower into him β€” level change and reach with your lower half and hips

Slow release = no shot. Fast release = you're in on the legs. Train at The Compound πŸ‘Š

The Elbow Roll to the Duck Under 🀼 Pull the wrist, open your chest, and roll the elbow through the hole.

β–ͺ️ Pull down on the wrist, open your chest to roll the elbow
β–ͺ️ Get your head AND elbow through the hole β€” as your head comes up it pops you off the wrist
β–ͺ️ From there: lock and take him straight over the top, or knee-skip to finish
β–ͺ️ Shift to release the pressure so the elbow slides through, then head-roll to the attack
β–ͺ️ He runs away? Backside attack. He shuts the elbow down? Hit the drag

It's the same wrist game as Greco β€” peel it, don't let him hang on your collar. Train at The Compound πŸ‘Š

Pressure Release β€” Footwork Focus 🀼 Keep the feet moving, hold the lean, then step and go.

β–ͺ️ Get a good lean β€” where you're actually holding him UP
β–ͺ️ Feet stay moving, like you're marching β€” find a rhythm
β–ͺ️ Pick a side, then step and go
β–ͺ️ Split-step off it: right-leg lead into a head-outside OR head-inside attack
β–ͺ️ Misdirection = step, shift, then roll-release to the OPPOSITE side

Right footwork + right attack = you're never stretched out. Train at The Compound πŸ‘Š

Pressure Release β€” Head Inside 🀼 Release, step up, and shoot straight into the single.

β–ͺ️ Struggling to get your head through the hole? Lower your chest β€” that's why we KNEE SKIP
β–ͺ️ Even if you step in low, the knee skip makes everything vertical again = easy finish
β–ͺ️ Knee him back to about a 45Β° angle, find that good spot
β–ͺ️ As soon as you release, the BACK foot steps up and you shoot the single (get the sleeve)
β–ͺ️ Feet closer? Lean and rocker-step to sweep off the side instead

Two ways out of the same pressure β€” step up, or step & sweep. Train at The Compound πŸ‘Š

Pressure Release β€” Head Outside 🀼 Bait the lean, release, and knee-skip under to the finish.

β–ͺ️ Stay straight, FEET FLAT β€” don't get up on your toes all bent up
β–ͺ️ Let him lean and walk into you to about a 45Β° angle
β–ͺ️ Get your head off the center line, find your foot placement
β–ͺ️ Release β†’ outside step β†’ back knee skips under to your foot
β–ͺ️ Body moves up and down like a hand on a clock β€” then it's an easy finish

Get this down and you can hit anything off it β€” single, knee skip, misdirect. Train at The Compound πŸ‘Š
