Georgia Titans 9U Mayo

Georgia Titans 8U Mayo brought home 2nd place Overall this week in the Grand Slam World Series in Panama City Beach!!

This team fought hard. After going 1-1 in pool play, beating the eventual champs, the team fought through bracket play, knocking off the 1 seed from pool play and rallying to bring home 2nd.

The boys had a great experience. They did this together with 0 pickups. We took OUR team to Florida, all 7/8 year olds, and the boys balled out!! We knocked off teams with grade exceptions and pickups!!!

Very proud of this unit and the growth shown!!! On to 9U!! Let’s continue to grow boys!!!

We are so proud of these boys they were Runner Up in the Grand Slam State Championship Tournament last weekend… what a way to end their regular season. Now let’s go win a World Series!!!

These boys had the weekend off to allow their parents nerves to recover…. But man did they make us proud last weekend. Went into a tie and had to go into extra innings and came up short but not because of lack of hustle because they were balling!!! It was a great game for a great cause and we were happy to be a part of it
