Today, we would like to thank the 35’s for their 6 years of tireless service and support. They have been with us since day one. Never have they failed us. Oh, the memories we will cherish and hold dear. They will be stationed at the front desk from this day forward. Pat them on your way by for that little bit of needed motivation and reminder you don’t get to look like you live in a gym unless you put in the time. The new 35’s are on the rack ready for service.

Today we want to wish a very Happy Birthday to our personal trainer, Anthony Parker — also known around here as The Beard, The Viking, and of course… Fat Tony! 😂

Anthony brings so much more to BARRACKS than just personal training. He encourages people, pushes them when they need it, believes in them when they may not believe in themselves, and genuinely cares about seeing every person succeed.

The difference a great trainer can make goes far beyond the gym — and Anthony proves that every day. His dedication, knowledge, humor, and heart have made a real impact on so many of our members, and we are incredibly thankful to have him as part of the BARRACKS family. ❤️💪
