COACH PATTY Life is simply far too short to be bored or miserable (or both) for such a large portion of the time

When starting my personal fitness/health goals never in a million years did I think, I would make a turn around and change careers. 6 plus year at which I have been able to help and guide individuals learn the importance of Nutrition, Fitness, Empowerment, Business. It's been a true privilege to being able to teach others, new habits not only for themselves but for their future generations. "You never know how bad you feel, until you start to feel good." At the end of the day; I like to say, you are the only judge of this, until you try it, you will know if it truly works for you. I'm at a stage in my career were I just want to teach individuals all the values I've learn. From a weight loss fitness journey, maintaining, to a muscle gain program.
