We had a very special guest instructor this Tuesday in class. Special thanks to Sensei Sam Funderburk for coming and bringing things down to ground level. Lol.

Wednesday was a big night! Congratulations are in order for promotions earned by our amazing students!!! Every journey begins with a first step!! Keep putting one foot in front of the other and there’s no limit to how far you can go!!! Great job everyone. I’m so proud to work with all of you!

Another week of training in the books!!

From Warmups to warriors and white belts to weapons, every class is both a challenge and reward for all those who attend. The door is always open at the dojo. All you have to do is walk in.
