Drowning is one of the leading causes of accidental death worldwide — but it’s also one of the most preventable.

At TriSwim, we believe every single person — of any age, background, or ability — deserves access to the knowledge and confidence that can save lives in water.

• Scull gently with your hands
• Let your legs drop — that’s okay!
Finding your float gives your body and brain time to reset.

Close supervision saves lives. Move closer. Always.
