People often say…take that leap, follow that new path, never look back…
At times that may stand true, but in my journey there is certainty that my departure with the place I have called home for 3+ years is not permanent. I indefinitely will still be making appearances alongside the members sweating 😅 together and it is in the plan to coach a few sessions here and there when I am available … especially bringing back FAMILY FIT DAY!! 🤟💚 🫶

It is the focus for me🌟

Do you actually know what muscles you are working when your working out?

People always tell me “Tara you look so serious working out, you look angry, are you ok, you look mad”…
💡real talk is I take working out seriously and most of the time when I “look mad” is because I am focusing on the mind/muscle connection and making sure I feel the muscles working.

If you do not know what muscles you are working, you most likely are not getting the most out of your workouts. I am not saying you can’t laugh and have fun while you workout, I am saying a focus is needed to actually feel the work being done ✅

💡Moral of this post…ask a fitness professional what muscles you are working if you do not feel the muscle working as you think you should. Or better yet, straight out ask your coach!
