Had a good time at the Subspetrum jiujitsu tournament Saturday. We brought down four competitors and brought back two medals and lessons learned. Everyone did an outstanding job, on to the next.

October 17th Im stepping in the cage once again, but this time it’s for the Bantamweight strap🏆🏆🏆 5 rounds to prove why I am the best and that I belong here. Ive never been more motivated and excited for a fight. This is a big opportunity and I plan to make the absolute most of it. It has been a goal of mine to fight for Mike Goodwin in the Caged Aggression MMA octagon since I started competing . Please come show some love and support either in person or on PPV which will be broadcasted on ROKU TV. The Honey Badger don’t quit, wont die, and doesn’t give a s**t!!! No matter what I am every one’s hardest fight and I will come out on top. 🍯🦡

As summer comes to a close and things begin to slow down remember PHF Karate does not. We are constantly going and going, something like that Energizer Bunny 😂.
We are still heading to Shanghai, New Jersey, and Davenport before the end of October. And more travel and competitions in November and December.
