Transition into Autumn with us at Alchemy. These 108 Sun Salutations during the Equinox are a representation of the elements within us and around us. As the season changes, may we experience a change.

This class is non-heated, but we will get warm and work with our tapas (Sanskrit for “heat”, “discipline”, or “inner fire”)

Come for the challenge, stay for the transformation.

There is no pressure to do all 108 Salutations, child’s pose or gently variations are always available to you. Just being on your mat with your intentions is all you need to spark a change within.
