I will be offering yoga classes at the new beautiful yoga studio and retreat center “ Here Comes the Sun” in Ridge, which includes a heated pool for pool yoga ( and swimming) and other amenities such as day passes with chef cooked meals included, use of exercise equipment, saunas, health and lifestyle classes etc.
I am planning my first multi level class on Thursday April 2nd at 9:00 am. Pool yoga TBD in Ridge Md . If you are interested but at a different time or day I will also take that into consideration. Message me if interested or know someone who is .
