Marion is a small town, and we honestly don’t have a ton of places that offer the kind of FUN fitness classes we do. This isn’t just a place to come work out. It’s a judgment-free place where you can walk through the door exactly as you are, have fun, laugh, sweat, and be surrounded by some truly amazing people. 💙

I’ve met some of the best friends of my life through this place, and I know friendships have been made between so many others here too.

I truly want to keep FIT happens cardio OPEN and continue bringing something fun and different to Marion — but I need your help to keep growing!

We kicked things off with Completely Core at 4:30 — and I’m already feeling that one! 😅💪

Then we followed it up with Beat Boxing Fitness & Step Aerobics and kept that energy going! 🔥

✨ MEET LEXY ✨

Hey y’all! I’m Lexy! 🩷

I’ve been with my husband for 10 years, and we recently entered our favorite chapter yet — becoming parents to our sweet baby girl! 🎀

Dance has pretty much always been part of who I am. I started dancing when I was just 2 years old, have been clogging for 10 years, and have spent the last 5 years teaching dance! I’ve also been cardio drumming for almost just as long. 🥁💃

By day, I’m a nurse 🩺, but outside of the hospital, you can usually find me teaching, dancing, clogging, drumming, or coming up with something new for a class. 😂

For me, danceFIT is about so much more than getting a workout in. I want you to move your body, sweat, laugh, let loose, and leave feeling better than when you walked in. You don’t have to be a dancer — you just have to be ready to MOVE! 🔥

I can’t wait to dance with you! 💗

We’re excited to kick off our Beginner Cardio Drumming class this Saturday at 9:00 AM, taught by Chelsea! 💪

Chelsea may be new to teaching Cardio Drumming, but she is definitely NOT new to drumming! She’s been doing Cardio Drumming for several years and is great at explaining the moves and helping you learn along the way.

If you’ve been wanting to try Cardio Drumming but weren’t sure where to start, this is the class for you! It’s going to be a fun, welcoming way to start your workout journey. ❤️
