We’ll finish most of this week in our current space, then begin our next chapter on Friday with our first class in Studio 3 at The Dance Academy of Cedar Rapids!

We often think balance means having everything perfectly even.

But life rarely works that way.

Some days we give more. Some days we need more. Things shift—and we adjust.

Maybe finding balance isn’t about holding everything perfectly still. It’s about noticing what we need, making small adjustments, and trusting ourselves to find our way back.

This week, we’ll explore balance both in our bodies and beyond the mat.

This week in our Find Your Place series, we’re creating a little more space—within our bodies, our minds, and our days.

Our breath is always there, but how often do we actually notice it? When life gets busy or challenging, we tend to tense, brace and sometimes even hold our breath.

This week, we’ll practice coming back to it.

Breathe in space. Breathe out effort.
