Tonight is the night for our very special black belt test! Beginning at 5pm tonight, Friday the 18th, I have two very special students testing for 1st and 4th dan! Come support and cheer them on! To add to the previous post about our Grand Champion, here are the final results of Master Walker’s Midwest Cup held on July 18th, 2026-

Miss Backes- 2nd place breaking / 1st place forms / Grand Champion forms!

Mr. Sebers- 2nd place forms / 1st place sparring after two heavy hitting matches!!

Happy birthday America! Here’s to 250!!
Today is a very special one as we are on day 3 at USA TKD Nationals in Charlotte, NC!!! So far we have a silver and bronze in board breaking, with some great scores otherwise and amazing competition.
Special thank you to Bishop's Elite Martial Arts Academy for joining us to represent Iowa and the Iowa Taekwondo Alliance. Competition wraps up tomorrow!
