Hart Gymnastics Academy opened its doors in 2008 with a mission to build happy, healthy, confident kids through the sport of gymnastics. Our programs are professionally designed with every child in mind. HGA assists children of all ages in the development of fine and gross motor skills, balance, strength, flexibility, body awareness, and muscle control. HGA strives to teach beyond the physical aspects of our sport. We teach life skills: confidence, teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship…all with an emphasis on FUN!

Happy National Gymnastics Day from all of us here at HGA! 🤸‍♀️✨

We feel so lucky to be a part of so many athletes’ journeys — from the little ones walking through our doors for the very first time to the athletes who have grown up right here in our gym.

Gymnastics is a huge part of what we do, but it’s the people who make it so special. Watching confidence grow, celebrating the little wins, being there for the big ones, and building relationships with our athletes and families is what means the most to us.

At the end of the day, we just hope we’re making a difference in the lives of the kids and families in our community. The fact that you continue to trust us with your athletes and allow us to be a part of their story is something we’ll never take for granted. 🩷

Today we’re extra thankful for this sport, our coaches, our athletes, and every family who makes HGA feel like home!
